Silmarillion Sunday | The Schedule

Happy Sunday, friends! I don't usually publish anything during the weekend, but I decided to start this series to document my journey rereading The Silmarillion by JRR Tolkien. My goal is to write here once a week to share my progress and fangirl over Elves :) but nothing is set is stone, since my schedule is super busy.

To be honest, I wanted to host an actual read-along on Goodreads, because it's funnier with a bunch of friends, but I kept postponing my rereading, because I was hoping to have more time. I realized that my months will be even more busier and I won't be able to host anything like that, BUT you're more than welcome to join me! That's why I decided to share my schedule with you all. Lastly, I chose Sundays to do it, because I know that not everybody loves Tolkien's work as much as I do and I wanted to let people easily skip these posts if not interested.

The Silmarillion is not The Lord of the Rings, there are even more events and the writing style is more like a history book than a fantasy novel, so I decided to give myself some dates to not lose interest or procrastinate the rereading of the book.

Again, you're more than welcome to join me! If many of you will join along, we can even set up a Goodreads group to share some thoughts and help each other to keep up with all the events, nothing too complicated. Just let me know in the comments below or tweet me if you're interested. :)

Stay tuned, because I'm going to share my go-to weapons tools to help me through the reading of The Silmarillion next Sunday!
